Jarett Eymard and Rachel Carr Eymard bought a bread truck and converted it into a food truck in their back yard just in a couple of months! Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! Both of them are professional Chefs so you can expect to find classics with a fun twist at their truck like the chicken and waffle sandwich and Korean BBQ Chicken Pitas. The charcuterie arrangements, or “grazing” boards, produced by owner Elizabeth Choto are vibrant works of art, with various cured meats, sausages, fruits, vegetables, pickles, chutneys and cheeses arrayed in spiraling, three dimensional designs that often resemble floral arrangements

Chef Bre is a Mississippi native. She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015. Chef Bre is an experienced and talented personal chef with a broad range of cuisine specialties to share in a variety of venues.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove.
