The Inn was established in 1930 by Isabella Greenway. We are a historic boutique hotel. The ballrooms are not like any other banquet ballroom. The modestly appointed rooms are inviting: with suitable french doors to ignite the space and classic chandeliers to enhance the ambiance. Each space includes a private outdoor courtyard. The Inn offers a unique historic location for a delightful occasion that you and your guests will never forget!

The Urban Grove is a private exclusive home estate surrounded by citrus trees and date palms located in a historic citrus grove dating back to the early 1920's. Our event space is very versatile and adaptable for any type of event, from bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, weddings, cooking classes, meeting space and photoshoot/film location the possibilities are endless. Our gorgeous colonial Spanish building features beautiful terra-cotta clay tiles, with exposed wood beams and a round dining room with several arches. We are a ballroom studio on week days and a venue on the weekends! Our entire facility is 8000 SF with a 4000 SF dance floor. We have a full sound system that is ready to plug-and-play. We also have party lights, tables, chairs, and basic wedding décor available upon request. We have a separate room that we call our 'junior ballroom' that is perfect for any food preparation or to be used as a large changing room/ bridal suite; the junior ballroom is over 600 SF.
