The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. With then President, Tony Greco, spearheading the effort, financing was obtained and ground was broken in 1993, culminating with a Grand Opening Gala. We opened in August of 1994 with a beautiful 26,000 square foot, two level facility located on 5.21 acres of land at Five Mile Road and the I-275 Expressway in Livonia, Michigan. Serving the Metro Detroit Area in grand style, our premier facility is a wonderful venue for gatherings of all types.

The Norwood is Detroit’s newest industrial venue providing guests a dynamic experience with our noteworthy features and amenities including 3 floors with a private suite, roll up garage doors, a bar lounge, and more. All while also preserving a piece of Detroit’s history.

At the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club we pride ourselves in giving you exactly what you want and expect on your wedding day. Every event at Brookshire is unique because we know that every client has different styles and tastes. We will assist you throughout this process from choosing your menu to selecting specialty wines. We welcome your ideas and will work with them in planning your special day. Our banquet room can seat up to 200 guests. During the warmer months, we can accommodate up to 300 guests (this is an indoor/outdoor reception).

Built on the former site of Tiger Stadium the indoor opened in 2018 and is the home of the Detroit Police Athletic League. Our banquet facility is available for all kinds of events! The Willie Horton Field of Dreams and the Hank Greenberg Concourse are also available for rentals.

Stone Chalet is a great place to have and to hold your wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner. The spaces at Stone Chalet are very flexible and each wedding party has shown us how creative people can be with the use of all the spaces. Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. Since then, many hours and much effort have gone into creating the perfect space for weddings. As one of Michigan’s Premier Wedding Venues, this venue is a great choice!

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
