Hello! My name is Alec and I run Small Batch Films! With a Master's Degree in Business Administration, I never thought I would find my love in wedding videography. I initially picked up a camera as a hobby, and then friends started asking me to do photography for them. Pretty soon I was doing photography for my friend's weddings, and I was hooked. Hello, I am Alexius. I was born and raised right here in the good ole North Carolina. I live in Raleigh now, but I was raised in a small town of "Midway" (right outside of Winston-Salem). I came to Raleigh back in 2012 to attend NC State University and made Raleigh my permanent home. I found my passion for photography about five years ago and still amazed at the places that my little camera has taken me. I am even more amazed at the friends I have made while pursuing my passion for photography and filmmaking.

Mike started filming professionally off of a desire to create and serve those around him. However, the allure of filming came from his passion for dance. He started by filming his own dance videos which brought him into the world of video editing.  I've been a videographer for 7 years now, and I absolutely love it.
