Venue rental includes access to the dressing suite, your choice of ceremony location, our flagstone patio including patio furniture and Adirondack chairs, and the Event Barn to host your reception. In the months leading up to your special day, you'll work with our expert team of coordinators to design your reception floor plan, establish event timeline, discuss wedding decor (our team fully handles the set up and break down of your decor!) and so much more! Hyland Orchard is a magical spot to say 'I Do'! The experience begins with a wagon ride whisking your guests to the perfect spot atop the Orchard of over a thousand apple trees, with views of three neighboring towns. After the Ceremony, is the Pavilion Reception. The Pavilion has sliding walls- which means your 'outdoor' wedding is rainproof! The Pavilion has lights strung throughout to create an unmatched rustic ambiance. Our one-of-a-kind property shines with features including a raw edge custom wood bar, large stone fire pit, sprawling lawn, a barnyard crew (lovable mini horses, goats and a llama), a greenhouse with adjacent floral gardens and acres upon acres for amazing photo opportunities! Discover the perfect backdrop for your special day, surrounded by picturesque Nestled in the secluded countryside of Holden, Massachusetts. Stonehouse is over 125 years old, built in the late 1800’s. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. The country estate sits on ten acres above the Holden Reservoirs, surrounded by a forest filled with old beech and birch trees. Stonehouse offers a serene event space surrounded by nature.

The historic Dell-Lea is a premier full-service wedding venue located in south-central New Hampshire. The 571-acre Scott Farm, a The Landmark Trust USA property, is home to 130 varieties of ecologically-grown heirloom apples and other fine fruits, a seasonal Farm Market, and the Apple Barn Event Center. All 23 buildings on the property are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A popular wedding venue, the farm is surrounded by four authentically-restored historic year-round vacation rental properties accommodating up to 22 guests—one of which is Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha where he penned the Jungle Book. The Stone Trust Education Center, located in the 1862 Barn, showcases beautiful, unique dry-stone wall installations around the property. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible. The Mountain Room at Mount Southington strives to create the perfect day for our Brides and Grooms by providing rustic chic amenities at an affordable price. Our Mountain Room is warm with wood accents, lofted ceilings, beautiful arching beams and one ceiling-to- floor glass wall from which there is a stunning view of our grounds. Ceremonies can be held outside on our spacious lawn and cocktail hour can be held on our vast patio.

Pats Peak will enchant you with a romantic settings and affordable elegance. Personalized Service is what makes Pats Peak a favorite wedding location. Your scenic wedding ceremony can be held at the base or summit of the mountain. Select from two rustic rooms for your reception. Large, open decks face the mountain offering spectacular views and a picturesque backdrop for your special day. We have an amazing Wedding Package, or create a customized menu. We pride ourselves on the fact that our menu choices are handmade from scratch in-house by our Executive Chef.

Our raw venue site sits on the side of a mountain, looking back across our family farm’s valleys, fields, and mountains. The site is located on the mountain across from our farmhouse and the area was made to accommodate a large event tent, it is approximately a 60’x200’ area. In addition to our venue site, we also have multiple possible ceremony locations available. Our farm is only a short drive from beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, allowing accessible lodging for any guests traveling to help you celebrate your special day. With the help of our local and trusted vendors, we can help you create your Vermont dream wedding with our beautiful family farm as your priceless backdrop.
