This luxury boutique hotel overlooks Cayuga Lake and is just 9 miles from Ithaca, New York, in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. The estate combines modern accommodations, private guest houses, and a majestic Victorian Inn next to one of the tallest waterfalls in the country. The Inn at Taughannock has three on-site wedding venues, including a new one-acre wedding garden. The wedding garden, named "Enchantment", has a 100' x 60' translucent sailcloth tent, a 42' alabaster bar, and a dry-stack stone fire place that it took four masons one year to build. In addition to these marvelous features there are also three fire-pits on site, one of which is cantilevered and hangs above the outer wall over looking Cayuga Lake. The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.
