No, we are a home based business under the Alaska food cottage law. Our products are not subject to state inspection. We take cleanliness very serious and ensure we always have a clean work environment when creating confections.

Unfortunately we do not offer any dietary accommodations at this time.

There is a $25 charge for cake testing with a maximum of 4 different flavors. If you book us for your wedding, the $25 is applied as a credit onto your final bill.

No. Our delivery/set up fee is $50 for Wasilla/Palmer. Outside of Wasilla/Palmer area is $75+

Each cake size has the serving amount listed, you’ll need 1 serving for each wedding guest. Cake size depends not only on how many people you need to serve but also the overall look you’re wanting to achieve. There’s no such thing as too much cake right?
