Hi! I'm Jen owner of Ruby Jean Patisserie. We've been in business for 2.5 years, but have been baking for as long as I can remember. I'm classically trained and love all things French Patisserie. Ruby Jean Patisserie focuses on hand crafted desserts utilizing the seasons local bounty, Belgian chocolates and European butter; all while being as sustainable as possible.

    I will never order another cake from anywhere else! Ruby Jean Patisserie is our GO TO for all things sweet. First of all, the owner, Jen is the sweetest and so easy to work with! Jen has made all our birthday cakes in the last year and also our WEDDING CAKE! Due to COVID, we ended up having to re-plan our wedding three times, and Jen was so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. If you want to work with a vendor that truly cares about you, look no further! Jen always makes us feel so special, and she puts so much love into her treats! For our wedding cake, she made it bigger than we ordered which made for extra leftovers - YAY! It looked and tasted amazing, and our guests loved it! I can't say enough great things about Ruby Jean!

    I've ordered cakes several times from Jen and they have always been pretty amazing! Not only do they look great but are super tasty as well! Her treats such as macarons and cookies are always a hit at parties and weddings! She's always very responsive and professional too! I highly recommend her!
