Hi! I'm Sydney, owner and founder of Simply Sweet. I was born and raised in the Berkshires. For me, my love for all things sweet started in the kitchen with my grandmother, making Italian cookies as a young girl. Those little cookies lit a spark inside me- and I have been baking ever since. ​ I enjoy creating treats of all kinds and experimenting with new flavors, concepts and designs. Whether your event is big or small, simple or extravagant I am happy to make your dessert visions come to life! I believe that there are endless possibilities when it comes to desserts... lets get creative!

    Reasonably priced, great customer service. Gluten free cupcakes were amazing. Presentation was amazing, cake taste wasn’t what I wanted or expected. Definitely do a tasting before deciding on a cake.

    Sydney created a cake beyond our wildest dreams! We're typically not cake people, but we described to Sydney some of our favourite sweet flavours and she combined them beautifully - and we couldn't even tell the cake was gluten-free! The macarons adorning the cake were also delicious. Sydney was so accommodating and easy to work with, would definitely recommend Simply Sweet to anyone!
