We specialize in producing fresh and simple food with fast and friendly service! Peru’s unique geography has shaped its varied cuisine, which has more unique dishes than any other in the world. Peruvian chef have a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients at their disposal.

Designed for small gatherings as well as for big corporate events, this service is made up by a menu designed along with the client, resulting in exclusive recipes displayed on selected crockery. Complete menu is available. COCKTAILS This is our most claimed and exclusive service. It includes varied food, waiting service, kitchen staff and bartending. Food is served in petite version and is delivered to guests by our waiters all around the room. Let's create something amazing! We are available for any question or request.     The Al Toque Peruvian Kitchen team were easy to work with from start to finish. Menu planning within budget went great. Set up at the venue was awesome. Small changes were made on the day of this event. The whole entire team pitched in and made these changes happen quickly and professionally. The food ! Wow ! Wow! Wow! The Guests could not stop talking about how great the food was. The presentation was beautiful. The food was fresh , hot and delicious. If you want some thing special at your event, this is it. You will not be disappointed.!

    I highly recommend Al Toque as your wedding vendor for dinner service.Upon meeting with Rhandy, him and his team were extremely communicative, knowledgeable and willing to make our wedding dinning experience the best it could be. We met on multiple occasions even at the venue to discuss vision, setup and menu. They were helpful and provided amazing food (the best Peruvian food in California and possible the entire US in my opinion). Their food has a homemade taste to it but also has an elevated feel to it. They even cooked all the food onsite in their food truck on our wedding day which made the food so fresh. They also handled setup, serving and take down. We cannot thank them enough for the incredible food and experience they created for us.
