Around The Fire is a boutique Private Chef Catering service created by Adam Kelinson who has been serving the Hamptons for almost 20 years. My mission is to connect people with food, culture and nutrition through a diverse array of offerings that range from regular In-Home Meal Preparation to Amazing Events for weddings, private parties and dinners. As a Chef I offer a nutritional background that supports health, wellness and active lifestyles while our events specialize in Wood Fired Pizza and Open Fire Cooking.

    Our experience with Around the Fire was seamless from start to finish. Adam and his team truly love what they do and it shows. Adam worked with us to curate a menu for our child’s (adult friendly) birthday party and the execution of the event was flawless. He is fun to work with, understanding, and extremely professional. The food met all of our criteria- healthy, organic, local, and delicious. We highly recommend around the fire and will be booking more events with Adam and his team soon!

    Around the Fire pizza is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. Triple fermented organic dough, organic local ingredients- this is pizza you can eat and not feel guilty for doing so. amazing for parties, weddings, and any gathering at all.
