Chef Bria has almost 10 years of Culinary experience. She is professionally trained and fully licensed & insured. She works hard for her customers to ensure their special day is everything they need and more!

We are community-driven, budget-based, and accessible. We have many packages to fit our customers needs and spend time creating custom menus to showcase variety for our customer's guests. We also have custom pricing options available and cn provide additional services like bartenders, or passed appetizers.

Sample catered weddings

This was one of my first weddings and Susan was a joy to work with. I was able to meet her budget but also provide amazing food. Everyone was full but there were no leftovers!

Description

This package offers up to 4 hours of service professional set-up, 2-4 hours of server formal chafers rental, custom menu choices of up to 4 entrees, 4 sides + dessert, complimentary bread & salad, and 3 drink options (non-alcoholic). Price: $45/PP

Unlimited package

Description

This includes unlimited service time professional set-up, unlimited hours of server formal chafers rental, custom menu choices, complimentary bread & salad, and 4 drink options (non-alcoholic). Price: $60/PP

    I have a wonderful experience working with Bria's Italian Fusion for my wedding! The tasting was delicious, and the service at the reception was amazing. I think the price point is fair and competitive, and included many different options. I am so glad I decided to book with them!!
