Grazing Box Theory provides a niche catering services more specifically Charcuterie boards and grazing tables for your Wedding reception cocktail hour/ Wedding rehearsal/ Bridal party brunch/ Bachelorette party. We turn food into art with our main goal being wowing your guests.

Most food caterers don't put any personalization or creative touches on their food or it's presentation. The Grazing Box Theory turns food into art! We have unique products such as donut towers/ cheese wheel wedding cakes, butter boards for better boards and full flavored compound butters served with crunchy breads. We source our cheeses, meats and produce from local cheese shops and deli and markets. We do not just arrive, drop off and leave. We set the up the boards and tables on site using either our wood boards or beautiful Palm leaf trays. We design each table especially for you using a color scheme with flowers and greenery.
