Her passion for food sparked at a young age & has only grown stronger over the years. She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she attained a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management. Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, & Restaurant Associates.
