It all started cooking paellas at friends parties... My past experience of cooking Paellas comes from our native roots of Puerto Rico. Being 1/3 Spaniard, I've perfectioned Paellas and started offering on site catering services to friends and family. In time, we started to also prepare them to new clients and that's when ¡Qué Paella! was born!

My Paellas have become a show to watch, and guests not only observed but participated in the process of Paella preparation by asking questions and taking pictures of the process. My passion for food is always reflected in my Paella creations and, of course, they are the BEST Paellas in Central Florida!

The team at Que Paella was really professional and easy to communicate with. We had a wedding of 150 guests. The paella serving went really smoothly. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was. They LOVED the paella.

¡Que Paella! Was a dream company to have cater our wedding. The food is still talked about after 2 years. My family in Miami even said it was the best paella they have had ever! Ariel was so nice and so accommodating. I would definitely hire him again for our next event/party!

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within Orlando, FL. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other areas within Central Florida.

Yes, our event minimum is 20 guests for any event and our prices vary. Please visit https://www.quepaella.net/menu for our menu and prices.

Yes, we offer tastings for a minimum of four (4) guests for a fee per person. Depends on availability.

We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics, especially for big weddings in open areas.

Unfortunately no, but we can offer a lighted tent and chafing dishes for an additional fee.

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.

We serve all Central Florida and near areas.

We can provide fully vegetarian menus. Please inform your guest about our menu since some may be allergic to our ingredients.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cake cutting service.
