Special Event Package pricing is based on 25 guests. Add $55 for each person above 55 guests. Perfect for the client that wants to include catering and bar services but provide their own vendors. This package includes property rental for 6 hours, tables, chairs, linens, bartender with setups and fully catered buffet meal including dessert

Description

Property only rentals start at $200 per hour with a minimum of 2 to 4 hours depending on day of the week. Saturday evening block is a flat property rental rate of $2800 from 3pm-11pm.

    I have told anyone who would listen how happy I am that we chose this venue for our wedding. Absolutely gorgeous and so easy to work with. We didn’t even need any decorations! Would recommend 10x over.
