Autumn Marcelle is a fine art floral designer based in Santa Cruz, CA. Leading a team of skilled and experienced designers, we service weddings & events all over the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Coast, Northern Sierras and beyond! We are known for channeling old-world and garden inspired styles while maintaining a modern aesthetic in our wedding design.

My distinct, garden-inspired design style and strategic process has evolved over years of education and experience designing weddings and events at venues near and far. I firmly believe your wedding should never look like anyone else's- it should be like a fingerprint, unique to you and you alone. Over the years, I have built a network of the best flower farmers, suppliers, and vendors to partner with and fulfill the vision for your event. I am proud of the time we have spent working with couples around the country to create beautiful and memorable events, and connecting over a shared love of flowers.

    As a planner, I look for attention to detail, someone who can understand the vision and capture the aesthetic we choose for a bride with their florals. Autumn does all of that. She aces the look you want and her thorough proposal makes sure she understands what you want. She’s creative, timely and lovely to work with.     I'm a fine art wedding photographer and I've worked with Autumn both as a photographer and as a bride for my own wedding. As a photographer: Her attention to detail and design aesthetic is amazing. The way she arranges the textures and colors in her floral installations are always so thoughtfully placed and it photographs beautifully. It's the little details like the dip in the left side of the arch where the bride is standing that frames the couple perfectly due to their height difference. Particularly Autumn's ability to use bold colors in elegant designs is inspiring as a photographer. I love photographing her designs. As a bride: When it was time to plan my own wedding, even before I started, I knew Autumn would be doing my florals. Weddings are live events, with a lot of moving parts, selecting a team you can trust is so important. It allows you to truly enjoy the day. Due to Covid, I had to change my plans drastically in a short amount of time. I knew I could trust Autumn's talent because I had worked with her as a photographer before, what I didn't know was the level of care she provides her couples. During a stressful time, she made me feel at ease, even though as a wedding professional I knew how stressful a short turn around time could be for her. She cared about my experience as a bride. She listened to my design ideas and elevated them, taught me tips and tricks and created beautiful pieces. Her gold floral bracelets were a hit! ( a modern take on corsages) The floral designs were elegant and so tastefully crafted. Quite frankly, I wanted to have one :) Autumn thank you for your hard work and talent, I can't wait to photograph more of your stunning floral artwork.

    I had the chance to work with Autumn this year and she absolutely blew me and my expectations away! Working on a palette of bright white & babies breath, you never quite know what you’ll end up with but WOW did Autumn deliver!! She gave us one of our best white bouquets of the year and turned our clients dreams and our mock-ups into reality. I highly, highly recommend working with Autumn!

    Autumn was so professional and fun to work with. I was so lucky to find her with probably 3 months until my wedding date after a disaster with the previous florist and she made me feel so confident that she was going to make my special day perfect. She more than delivered. I was pretty unsure with a vision so I just sent her pictures of my bridesmaids dresses and where the Venue was and she took complete creative control and absolutely killed it! The flowers were so beautiful and colorful and complimented the dresses and venue beautifully. 10/10 would absolutely use her for any future event. Thank you!
