Abby Schwantz

My name is Abby, a Midwest based wedding + boudoir photographer who's really obsessed with her job. I've gotten to see how directly photos can impact people. As we grow up, we realize how priceless photos are and how quality pictures become prized possessions. It's a moment in time you can forever look back on. It's easy to take pictures, but it's hard to capture moments. I'll love making magic with you, because everyone has some magic in them that deserves to be celebrated.

I'm invested in your story from the beginning. My job is important because I'm telling an important story - yours. My love of photography is deep rooted in my love of connecting with others, and my favorite part of this job is connecting with you. You deserve to have a vendor who makes you feel special, feel seen, and feel heard. I often remind my clients that real, candid moments result from real genuine experiences, and I pride myself on helping my people relax in front of the camera so they can be themselves.     I was referred to Abby and I could not be more grateful for that! I knew she was the perfect person to capture our wedding day and needed to book her! She was easy-going, genuine, fun, and kind! She not only made us feel at ease to know she had our backs through the whole planning process but she made us feel like we had a friend who was rooting us on through it all! From the initial meeting, engagement photos, and to to our wedding day Abby was there for us and made sure that our day would be absolutely seamless and as fun as possible while capturing our stunning photos! On the wedding day, Abby was organized, punctual, and ready to go to capture our day from start to finish! She executed a perfect timeline and made sure everyone was ready and were they needed to be! An absolute rockstar for that! We received so many compliments on how wonderful Abby was from our guests! Abby is extremely talented at capturing the moments throughout the day! She knew we were not huge center of attention people. We wanted our photos to be captured in real time and those surrounding us! She did absolutely that! She captured all the love and happiness throughout the whole day! Each photo was absolutely stunning! For anyone looking for a photographer, I could not recommend Abby enough! She will make your day seamless and capture the most beautiful photos! She will make you feel like a friend and not just working with another vendor!
