I am a full-time film photographer and ceramic artist. I bring a calm, intentional, artful lens to whatever medium I am practicing, including wedding photography. I want images to feel a bit undone, honest, and full of life. The images that would be a treasure to find dust covered in a shoe box years and years from now and would tell an honest story of who you were and how you loved.

    Jess's biggest strength is providing you with what you need, even if you don't know that you need it! Her intuition manifests in warm, thoughtful communication, unparalleled professionalism and absolutely incredible photography. Nobody can capture soft, intimate, candid, true moments like Jess can. Even the posed and staged photos that she takes have a genuineness to them that's out of this world. She's a true artist, and the best choice you could ever make in your wedding planning process!

    Not only have I worked weddings with Jessica in the past, but I hired her to shoot my wedding this past September, and it wouldn't have been the same without her. I think that alone says a lot, but Jessica is a pure wizard when it comes to photography. Her skills at capturing all the candid moments with friends and family is impeccable, and she really allows space for your individuality as a couple to shine through (as opposed to canned pose after canned pose). I don't know how she made our photos look like pieces of art in addition to capturing the essence of our relationship, but like I said, she's magic.
