How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Typically, couples book me about 8 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Question 2

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Question 3

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for NO additional charge.

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I also offer video services with the help of one or two additional assistants. Inquire about video services and I will be happy to help!

Question 5

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a download link or a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones. I can also help you with prints for an additional fee, just ask me if interested.

How many pictures will we get?

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Question 7

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

Accepted Answer

Weddings are important dates for you and me! I try my absolute best to be present! In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Question 8

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I do required a deposit of minimum 50% of the total value of the agreed upon price to reserve your date. In this way, I can turn away any other potential clients inquiring of the same date. The remainder of the total would be due between 5 to 3 weeks before the wedding.

Question 9

Can I get the RAW images as well as the edited ones?

Yes you can, however it would be for an additional fee. RAW images are heavy files to work with and to move around to different storage. Also RAW images are just an ingredient to my final product, therefore RAW images do not reflect my final work. My fee for RAW images is $200 per every 100 RAW images.

Question 10

Are there any refunds after all services are delivered?

Unfortunately no, photography and videography are all final sale and they are NOT eligible for refund. Weddings are once in a lifetime type of events and so are our services that help cover these events. We can't go back in time and undo our work and time spent to document this important dates. Therefore NO refunds are available once all services have been delivered.
