Sandra and Kayla are the mother-daughter duo behind Northern Virginia based Be Your Own Guest Events. We each bring a host of different perspectives to design events but unite in a core philosophy that we’ve built our business on – turning your dreams into reality. We started this business based on the joy it brings, helping each vision turn into something bigger and that no vision is the same.
We take the stress of planning and coordinating away, providing you with a one-stop shop for your event needs and doing all the heavy lifting in the back end to ensure that you are your own guest at your event. | Description | Our Full Event Planning package starts 12-18 months before your Wedding date. We will work with you from the beginning of the planning process to the day of your event, to ensure that everything goes smoothly. This package is great for busy couples that want to entrust the majority of the planning to us. Let us handle all of the logistics from budget management, vendor & venue selection, contract review, and more. | Our Partial Planning Package begins 9-12 months before your Wedding date and is for the client that wants to be more involved with the planning but wants to partner with a professional to execute all of the details for the Wedding. | Day Of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan the majority of your wedding, but need a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event. Our team will begin working with you 4 weeks before the event to review all of the event details, contact your vendors, and oversee the Wedding Rehearsal as well. We will be available onsite the day of the Wedding to manage all of the Event Coordination. |
