There is no such thing as a “cookie cutter” wedding. By learning as much as we can about your wishes and needs for the day, our goal is to create a unique, specialized wedding plan designed just for you.

| Description | A Full Service Plan consists of BVW handling every aspect of wedding planning from A to Z. You tell us the vision for your wedding day, we provide you options for everything, and you simply tell us yes or no. While we keep you updated with all of the progress we make, the stress of Venue Searching, Vendor Hiring, Budgeting, and everything in between is put on our shoulders! | Partial Planning can consist of a variety of services from BVW! The starting price of Partial Planning includes Decor Set Up and Breakdown and On-Site Wedding Coordination through formalities. However, we offer a lot of additional services that can be added in a “A la Carte” style. | At BVW, our Day-of Coordination consists of getting to know our couples from the moment they sign our contract, understanding their vision for their day, contacting their vendors and compiling all details in a Master Timeline, and working on-site through formalities to ensure their day runs smoothly. | Brooke Voris Weddings is essentially an “A la Carte” Company! We cater to your specific needs on your wedding day, taking out the pieces you don’t think you’ll need assistance with. We want you to be able to make the most of your money! The starting price of our A la Carte Services is $800. This is the cost of Decor Set Up and is available if you just need someone to make your space look beautiful, with you taking care of the rest! |

Above and Beyond
11/11 graduating bride review I got married on 11.11.23 and I really really want to start my reviews with my wedding planner because my gosh I CAN NOT recommend her enough!! Brooke goes above and beyond to make sure your day, week, years (had her booked for 2years lol) go so smooth you get to actually take in and enjoy the process. Along with her amazing team, I had monthly progress emails to help guide me along with to do’s for that month. Progress video chats also allowed us to touch base and iron out details together. I never felt pressured or rushed and their advice was so incredibly helpful. Then the big day came! I can’t express enough how calm I was from the moment I woke until the moment I went to bed that night (this is big coming from a perpetually anxious person my entire life). Her team helped with checklists, vendor coordination, timelines, decor setup and breakdown, day of text line, vip contacts and everything and anything in between. I just feel like if you can even have an initial consult with Brooke, DO IT. Above all else, she’s such a wonderful human! How can you beat that? Good people around you on your big day that you can trust mean everything! Do yourself a favor and get this woman on your side for your best day ever!
Excellent Day of Coordinators
The ladies at BVW were fantastic to work with for our small wedding. The BVW team was way more than just day-of coordinators. They organized several zoom meeting leading up to the big day that ensured us we were on the right track. They walked us through important timelines, asked the not so obvious questions, and recommended several vendors. It was great to have a sounding board with professionals who have done it before. Day of they were rock stars, we were truly able to enjoy our night knowing they were keeping us on schedule. They were professional and so kind to all of our guests. Picking a day of coordinator was a bit nerve racking but I'm so glad we decided to go with Brooke Voris Weddings.

We are still in awe of our experience with BVW. What started as a thought for a "day-of" wedding planner transformed into a beautiful relationship with personal and thoughtful guidance and incredible attention to detail. Our video meetings prepared us for each step on the planning journey and throughout the process, BVW was available and responsive to any question we had. On the wedding day, we knew we were in highly competent and caring hands so we could enjoy the day and let them take the lead. They seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to orchestrate a beautiful event, adding their wonderful energy and working their magic behind the scenes!

Brooke Voris Weddings, our dedicated wedding coordinator and the entire staff, were invaluable to the planning and implementation of my daughter's big day. I can't even imagine trying to navigate the whole process ourselves. They not only kept us and our vendors organized, they created schedules for the shuttles we used, kept everything running smoothly, and answered our many questions along the way. They made sure that the entire day was beautiful and one to remember. And they took on the day-of stress with calm, professionalism, and a surety that put us all at ease. We couldn't have done it without them.
