Busy Bee was started 3 years ago by our founder, Anna Davis. With a passion for planning and organization skills, Anna wanted a job that she could do on her own terms while still having time to be a mother. We have grown quite a bit recently and have added new coordinators to the team, but Anna still works at most of our clients weddings!

We have the passion and vision to create a beautiful event for you. To many planners, this is just another job, but for us it's a dream come true! We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and having a personal connection with each of our clients.

We hired Anna as our wedding planner and it was a great decision. She recommended a few of our vendors, including our caterer and florist, who were both amazing. The week before the wedding, there was wind and rain in the forecast, but she helped us find a last-minute transparent tent so we could still enjoy the outdoor venue. On the day of the wedding, everything was stunning! It went very smoothly, and Anna worked behind the scenes to make everything seamless. Also- we hired her husband Greg's company to run our bar, and they did an excellent job as well. Highly recommend!

We had Anna has a day of coordinator for our wedding and she was awesome. We were able to check in with her months beforehand and have calls which was very helpful for keeping us all on the same page with where we were at on planning. She was there for anything I needed the day of the wedding whether that was a décor item, checking in with a vendor, or even grabbing me something to drink while I was getting my hair and makeup done. Highly recommend her to anyone in need of a planner!

Busy Bee Weddings was everything I wanted and didn't know I needed for my wedding. The owner Anna is super easy to get along with, but don't let that fool you! She knows how to negotiate and get her way when it comes to planning a wedding! She was available every single time I called or texted her. She kept me informed every step of the way and knew the answer to every question I had. I let her decorate for me because I am not creative, but she took my vision and brought it to life. My day of coordination went on without a hitch. If there were any issues, I never knew about them! I refer her to every engaged couple I know. I couldn't have asked for a better planner/coordinator.
