Embrace U

Embrace U is on a mission to bring more confidence, joy, and ease to couples as they plan their wedding, and more presence and peace of mind on their wedding day. Our intention is three-fold: First, to empower people with the invaluable knowledge I have gained from years of working as a Venue Manager and Wedding Coordinator. Second, to guide and support couples with monthly action lists and goal-setting strategies. And third, to tangibly help organize and track the seemingly endless elements that make up a wedding. For those getting married in SoCal, we offer full support at the wedding so couples can relax and enjoy their big day.

We believe the process of planning a wedding can be focused less on overwhelming to-do lists and more about empowering couples to make decisions that reflect their unique relationship and wedding vision. Our innovative planning process encourages people to trust themselves, to strengthen their partnership, and to focus on what truly matters most.

    Erin was the greatest support, resource, guide, and coordinator we could have ever asked for. We can't thank her enough for helping make our dream wedding become a reality. She met each of my requests and emails with patience and kindness. She made me feel so supported throughout this entire planning process. There were so many highlights in working with Erin, and the top two that come to mind are her organization and her creativity/design. Erin was incredibly organized, structured, and prompt with her communication. We were in touch for about 8 months in the planning process, and she was on top of every detail I mentioned or request I had. During our final details meeting before our wedding, I felt very assured and supported by Erin. Her organization, her advocacy and detail orientation with vendors, and her attentiveness helped alleviate so much stress leading up to the big day. Her day of coordination was unmatched. Our parents and our wedding party were raving about Erin the entire wedding weekend, and they are still commenting on how smoothly everything went all thanks to her. Erin was also so generous when it came to recommendations and ideas for the creativity and design of our wedding day. I am not someone who is super great with creativity or decorating, so when it came to designing our welcome table, dessert table, reception tablescape, etc., I had some ideas, but wasn't entirely sure how it would play out. Erin took my ideas and turned them into an absolute vision and even better than I could have ever imagined!! Also, we had so many small requests about moving or changing items during certain portions of the day, and she did not miss a single one. After our wedding, so many people asked me how I was feeling now that we were married, and the one word that came to mind first was grateful, and a lot of that gratitude was for Erin and her team. She is truly incredible. She showed us so much kindness, understanding, and flexibility. We feel so lucky to have had her support throughout the planning process.

    One of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Erin as our planner! Throughout the year of planning I could feel her love, dedication & excitement for our special day. Her warm emails instantly put a smile on my face & our monthly calls were always my favorite. She is incredibly organized, has great aesthetics and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to weddings, marriage and trusting the process. Erin has a heart of gold and she quickly went from planner, to my wedding bestie and our very special wedding officiant. We felt so incredibly honored that she took on that role on top of everything else (that's who she is, she goes above and beyond for her couples), the ceremony was so beautiful and I still get teary eyed thinking about it all. She told our love story perfectly! My husband and I still can't believe we had the wedding of our dreams, it was the BEST DAY of our lives.     Erin was so wonderful to work with! From day one she made sure everything was taken care of, answering all of our questions, providing support, feedback and great suggestions. She was always quick to respond and really made us feel so confident in the whole process. She’s very organized and made sure no detail was left out. The day of was stress free and enjoyable the whole way through. Everything turned out exactly as we had envisioned it. We would work with Erin again in a heartbeat.
