Everlasting Affairs was born out of a driving passion for the event industry and the ability to mold our clients dreams into reality. Since our inception, we’ve committed ourselves to creating impactful and one of a kind experiences for our clients and their guests, no matter the size of the event. Our team strives to meet and exceed the needs of each and every one of our clients. This is because we understand the importance of working with (not just for) our clients in order to make their events unforgettable, forging memories that last long after the last guest leaves.
One size doesn't fit all, and neither should your wedding day or even your wedding planning for that matter! Our purpose is to ensure your wedding day is reflective of you and your partner and the journey that lead you to this moment. We execute that purpose by providing an individualized approach to wedding planning to ensure you have a stress free planning process and by flawlessly executing your wedding day so your only "job" is to eat, drink, and enjoy yourselves!

An Amazing Day!
First I want to say that contrary to the title it was not just an amazing day, but an amazing few months leading up to an incredible ceremony. Myself and my wife began working with Victoria and Emily as soon as we decided upon a date. Victoria started to assist with the beginning, but eventually had Emily handle the rest of our special day. Between picking a venue, deciding on foods, presentation, and everything else that comes with a wedding you can certainly lose your mind. With Emily and Victoria's help and guidance our minds were put at ease and any stress that could come with planning would disappear with a simple question. With the road paved for us all we had to do was walk it with the confidence that this amazing company would handle any and all troubles that tried to find a way to us. With that we get to the day of and to say the very least it was everything we wanted and more. Emily not only managed to make sure the plan stayed on track, but did so in a way that if any bumps occurred they could be smoothed out right away. The night went off without a hitch and I could not be more thankful. Although my health did take a plummet at the end of the night, due to me not being aware of my lack of intake, Emily was able to help put my Wife at ease and make sure I got the medical assistance I needed to get better. I was able to make it back on to my feet for one final slow dance before everyone disbursed and am extremely thankful of everything that this company and Emily had done for me. My Wife and I can say without any hesitation that if need a planner this is the way to go. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR DAY SO SPECIAL!
Absolutely phenomenal!
Victoria and Everlasting Affairs were so integral in making our wedding the most wonderful, memorable day that it was. We truly cannot put into words how much of a pleasure Victoria was to work with, just such an absolute joy. From our very first Zoom call with her, her communication was prompt and clear with both us as well as with our vendors as the day came closer. In addition, she was very professional with all interactions. Her passion for the industry shows through in her effort and attention to detail. Victoria had an answer for the few things that came up on our day. For example, I got lipstick on my dress prior to the first look and she immediately resolved the issue. She was such a great advocate for us, our vision, and the feeling that we were trying to convey for our wedding day. We were able to soak in every moment of the day with her to lean on. Now reminiscing on our wedding day we keep coming back to how important the decision to have them as part of our wedding was. Truly the absolute best!
A no-brainer choice!
Everlasting Affairs and Victoria were absolutely phenomenal. I can’t imagine having planned the wedding without them. Victoria was extremely responsive, had great recommendations for vendors, and had a very clear process for the months leading up to the wedding. She also did not force a particular vision or particular set of vendors—she worked with us to find vendors who fit perfectly with what we were looking for. But where the team shone even more was on the day of the wedding—everything went so smoothly and it left us free to actually enjoy the time with friends and family (and each other!) at all points. The few times something did happen that needed attention (for example, the bustle on my dress broke during the reception), Victoria was there immediately with a plan and fixed it right away. We had multiple people ask us who our planner was because everything went so seamlessly and it was obvious how much behind-the-scenes work had gone in to make that happen. Long story short, I think someone said this in another review, but the best choice I made for the wedding other than the groom was hiring Everlasting Affairs. You won’t regret it!

Emily truly exceeded our expectations as our wedding planner, and I couldn't be happier with the way our special day turned out. From the early stages of planning to the final moments of the celebration, Emily helped us find the perfect vendors for our special day. With a guest list of around 180 people, the logistics could have been overwhelming, but Emily handled everything with professionalism. She was responsive and communicative throughout the planning process. One of the highlights of our wedding was undoubtedly the live band, and we owe that fantastic find to Emily. The result was an incredible atmosphere that had everyone on their feet, dancing and enjoying the celebration. Emily's dedication to making our wedding day not just special but truly memorable shines through, and we are immensely grateful for her expertise and positive energy throughout the entire process.
