Hello! I am a virtual wedding planner. This means that I offer all the services of traditional wedding planner, at a fraction of the price. I assist you in: comparing venues, choosing decorations, creating your wedding website, creating a budget and finding low cost options that fit your budget, vendor research, catering guidance, guest assistance, invitations, layout, timeline, and more! I give you everything you need to make YOUR wedding a success, and offer all the benefits of a full-blown planner, minus day of wedding execution. For clients located in Southern California I offer day of wedding coordination, and full-service planning

I offer a completely affordable service, with my prices half the price of my competitors. I also offer payment plans to fit into YOUR budget. I care about being within people’s budgets and giving them the help they need! I am detail oriented, love providing a range of options, and getting people exactly what they want. I love taking the burden of doing all the planning off of my clients shoulders! I am experienced in finding low cost options and have LOTS of resources. I motivated and excited, and would love the opportunity to plan your wedding.

    Kayla helped us with everything we needed- from finding a venue not super expensive (but also not tacky) to the day of wedding timeline. I especially love the day of wedding resources she sent that I was able to make into my own day of wedding binder. It made everything run so smoothly! She constantly checked in with us, and reminded me of things that needed to be done each week and sent over options like the hair stylists in my area, and catering. Love it!

    Kayla is awesome! She really offered affordable prices and added so much value to my wedding. She gave us a plan that was easy to follow, and checked up with us constantly and always had resources to send over no matter what step I was on. She sent over venue options I had never seen and listened to what we wanted. I went from being overwhelmed to being excited. Value far exceeded the fees (which was 1/10th of the traditional options around us)
