Hustle & Bustle Events is a wedding planning & coordination company serving crazy-in-love couples in the Kansas City area + beyond. Hustle & Bustle works passionately to elevate your wedding with the goal of facilitating an organized, stress-free, and beautifully seamless wedding experience.
I officially began my coordinating career in 2014 helping friends and acquaintances with their weddings. From 2016 to 2021 I worked as a venue in-house coordinator. It was then that I gained my extensive knowledge about wedding flow, what each vendor needs to provide the best services possible, and how to manage ceremonies and receptions professionally. Because of that experience, I am now able to perfectly curate weddings to my brides’ specific taste. My coordinating style is detailed and efficient as I hustle & bustle (literally!) throughout the day.

The #1 Vendor You Need for Your Wedding
If there's anything I recommend to newly engaged couples, it's a wedding coordinator! I don't know what our wedding would've been without Jazmyn. She is so organized and thoughtful throughout the process, making sure that nothing slips through the cracks and our day is exactly what it should be.
Hire her, you will not regret it!!!
We hired Jazmyn for month of coordination & day of coordination. I cannot explain the value, organization & peace of mind Jazmyn brought to the table for us. She was always SO responsive to emails and questions, was flexible to our schedule for calls and meetings, and made wedding day go seamlessly. She picked up on small details and planned for things we hadn't thought of. She communicated with our vendors in ways I didn't even realize, and was always two steps ahead. Multiple people on wedding day told me how helpful and awesome she was! She was patient and kind to all questions, calm and collected in times of (my) stress, and truly a friend to me in the planning process. I wanted to *just* be a bride on wedding day and not have to worry about vendor arrivals, setup/teardown, emergencies, etc. She handled everything with such professionalism, efficiency and grace. We even hired her for our rehearsal dinner which was absolutely worth it!! If you are worried about the details of your day and want to hand it off to someone you can 100% trust- Jazmyn is your girl!!!!!! Additionally- we used Jazmyn's content creation team for wedding day which was 10/10 worth it! I didn't think I would care about having behind the scenes videos/photos, but it was so special to wake up with 500 videos on my phone from wedding day. Our full photo gallery will take a couple months so it's nice to have those items to look back on in the meantime! It would be a great option for someone not wanting to invest in a true videography team.

Jazmyn was absolutely amazing! She was so organized and helped figure out every little detail. I was never worried about anything because she always had a plan for everything! She is so friendly, easy to work with and goes above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Jazmyn did an AMAZING job. I met with her twice before the wedding to go over any details and my timeline. Jazmyn was always a text or email away to answer any questions I had. She also contacted all my vendors to ensure they were ready to go! She ran the rehearsal, so everyone knew exactly what their part was. She went above & beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. She is incredible! I would highly recommend!
