Congratulations on your big day! This is such an exciting time, but it can also be a stressful one. Thankfully, there are vendors like me who are here to help manage your day for you and keep the stress off of your shoulders as much as possible. I actually got started in this field when my sister-in-law needed some extra hands for her wedding in 2022. I stepped in and helped her create decor, oversaw the set-up process, and even coordinated between the DJ and the newlyweds to be sure they were ready for each special activity before it was announced. I'm so grateful I was able to fulfill such a vital role in making her special day perfect.

While some coordinators are in this field for their love of events (and I get that, because I love them, too), I'm actually here for YOU. Every wedding is unique and should fit the couple getting married; that's why I specialize in non-traditional weddings that are custom fit for you and your partner. I'll advocate for you to get exactly what you've envisioned for so long. I want to help you achieve the wedding of your dreams--yes, it IS possible! Description	My base service includes at least 3 planning meetings (60, 30, and 7 days before your event), rehearsal management, timeline and floorplan creation, hands-on decor set-up and tear-down, and unlimited communication via text/email. Additionally, I will coordinate with your vendors and ask that they go directly through me during the final days leading to your event--so you can relax as much as possible and know your event is in trusted hands.	With this customizable option, you can build your perfect Partial-Planning package! Katelyn is an amazing wedding planner. She is very organized and keeps things moving on time and in the direction they’re supposed to. She has phenomenal communication skills, a great sense of style and a keen attention to detail. I loved working with her and would absolutely do it again and again! Highly recommend!!

I do hope to hire an assistant in the future, but for now, I'm only one person and do everything myself, which is why I charge a little bit more for events with larger guest counts. The rate for this is $25 per additional 50 guests over 100 (example: for guest counts between 200-250, a $75 fee would apply).

Yes! Weddings are my specialty, but I'd love to discuss any other types of events you want to organize.

Absolutely not. Since I'm only a team of 1, it's crucial that I don't wear myself out by taking on too many events. I dedicate 100% of my time and focus to making your day/weekend as perfect as possible.

Yes, just let me know as soon as possible if you'd like to request any special accommodations to my regular payment plan. I usually require a deposit of 50% within 48 hours of signing the contract; the remaining 50% may be paid in installments or lump sum but must be completed 30 days before your event date. I understand there are many costs associated with weddings/special events, so I'm happy to discuss alternative payment schedules that make this process easier for both of us.
