Sunflower Wedding Coordination is dedicated to making you and your fiancé the most special people in the world on your wedding day. I want to know what makes you… you! This ranges from hearing your love story to learning why a song, tradition, or decoration means a lot to you. I focus on those details while coordinating your wedding to ensure you are happy, excited, and at ease on your wedding day. I am so excited for your happiness to radiate throughout your wedding and to all guests in attendance.

Beginning in 2024, I will only be taking on 1 wedding a month and my services will begin 6 weeks before your wedding. I aim to know as much as you know about your wedding so you can have a stress-free day. I will always be your wedding hype girl and best friend while dealing with any issues on the back end. People have always said I am so calm at weddings, which radiates to others. Once I arrive to your wedding with my giant emergency kit, there's no stopping me!

Description	As your day-of coordinator, I work with you 6 weeks prior to your wedding to make sure all details are in order and the wedding runs smoothly. On the day of your wedding, I am on site for 10 hours and serve as the point person for all setup, vendors, timelines, clean-up, and more. Services include: timeline creation, floor plan creation, vendor and venue coordination, rehearsal management, decor set-up and break-down.

I was initially hesitant about needing a wedding coordinator. I couldn’t be more wrong about that! I am so thankful I found Stephanie and decided to hire a wedding coordinator. This was probably one of the most important wedding planning decisions I made. She was absolutely wonderful to work with during the whole process. Stephanie is very kind, thoughtful, and detailed oriented. I felt totally stress free simply because of her. This was appreciated so much as I was planning a wedding from abroad. She went beyond and above to make sure my day went smoothly as planned. Everything from the little tips to the timeline to the coordination between vendors was so helpful. She uses an advanced online portal that really makes the communication and expectations clear. I highly recommend Stephanie as a wedding coordinator.

Stephanie did an incredible job as our month of coordinator. Seriously, not a single downfall- she answered all correspondence timely and with thoughtful and professional responses. She offered detailed advice to make the flow of the day perfect. She worked with all of our vendors well ahead of time. She set up and broke down decorations exactly as planned and she brought such a positive aurora everywhere she went! I felt so much more relaxed having such an incredible coordinator on our side! I didn’t originally think we needed a coordinator, but after the amount of help she gave us both leading up to and on the big day, I am SO GLAD we did; and I’m most glad it was her we hired! I highly recommend her services!

Stephanie is simply amazing! From the time we had our initial on boarding until the wedding was over she was very attentive and made sure I was cool, calm, and collected the whole process . I truly enjoyed working with her. I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better company to work with. she understood my vision, and the team completely killed the execution. The timeline for the day was very clear which kept everything is running smoothly without much stress. The team also handled the décor setup for the ceremony and reception. All I can say is amazing ,the team thinks of everything ,before walking down the aisle , Nicole was there with cold water. There was even a moment when it began to rain a bit ,Stephanie was there with an umbrella.Thank you Sunflower weddings for making my wedding the day of my dreams.

Stephanie and her husband at Sunflower weddings made our wedding day incredible. Stephanie's level of organization and attention to detail was amazing and made the day run so smoothly. She handled the set up of my decorations perfectly and kept everything on time down to the minute. There weren't any issues that I was even aware of, and any small thing that happened she handled. I owe my perfect day to her!!!
