A passionate planner and organizer since childhood, Natalie has been working in events for five years styling, designing, creating and overseeing. Bringing Surraya to life has allowed Natalie to combine the best of her professional talents with her creative desires to execute remarkable events. An avid traveler her whole life, Natalie is inspired by raw materials, unique patterns and locations around the world. Natalie’s signature style draws from organic elements and an energetic mood to create unforgettable evenings.

We strive to find the perfect balance of style, fun, passion, organization, natural beauty, and authenticity when creating the most important day of our client's lives. Ready to tie the knot but giant events aren’t exactly your style? Then the micro-wedding is the perfect option for you and your soon-to-be! Enjoy an intimate evening with cherished family and friends. Full design and planning is included for a guest count of up to 28 people.

    Natalie was amazing!! She listened to our desired wants/look and feel for the wedding and brought it to life. She created a variety of design boards for us to choose from and react to. Once we nailed down the look and feel with her it was a seamless process from choosing florals, a photographer/videographer, catering, cocktails, transportation, and rentals; all vendors that we chose from were based on a big list that Natalie provided. We were able to sift through the options and choose the ones that best fit our style/needs/budget! Natalie is kind, attentive, responded to all questions in a timely manner, and was an all around professional. On the day of the wedding she had everything taken care of, we did not have to think of one thing during the day. We were able to be present and enjoy the most magical and fun day that wouldn't have been possible with out her!! We couldn't recommend her and her team enough for your wedding planning needs!

    We are so thankful for Natalie! We were trying to plan our small wedding in less than 5 months and we couldn’t have done it without her. She was on top of everything! She helped us find our venue and gave a lot of other great recommendations. The day went by so smoothly because of her. I can’t recommend her enough!

    I cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am of Natalie's work for our wedding reception last year. I didn't think I needed a coordinator but my venue required one and turns out they were right! Natalie made sure everything ran so smoothly on the day of the event and coordinated all of the prep beforehand. She was efficient, organized, communicative and just pleasant to work with. She was able to fill me in on things I didn't even know I didn't know! I can't emphasize enough how much better my wedding planning experience was with her supporting. We- and our guests- had the best time and didn't have to worry on the day.
