We are the wedding coordination company for the couple who is planning their own wedding but wants to have a stress free wedding day. We include timeline creation and 3 meetings to make sure we understand your wedding day completely and can manage it perfectly.

We offer full service coordination, including unlimited hours on the wedding day, one coordinator and one assistant, full set up and tear down, and more! We include unlimited email communication from the time of booking to help support you along the way.

    As a wedding photographer and a past BDD bride I have always had a great experience working with them! Whenever I have a bride tell me they hired the best day details I get so excited and know that the day is going to run smoothly! As a photographer, they help make my job easier and are so organized and helpful prior to the day and on the day of! It’s so refreshing to work with another wedding vendor who will make sure I am also taken care of. They always make sure I have time to get the photos I need and literally anything else! And as a past bride, I could not have imagined my wedding without Emily! There’s no way I would have been able to do all the things she did for me. I would have been very stressed without her!

    I was planning on having a family member take on the setup/tear-down responsibilities but I'm so glad I found The Best Day Details because it would have been a nightmare without them! They helped me plan and avoid so many problems and it gave me and my family members peace of mind on my wedding day! They went so far beyond what was asked of them in so many ways! From setting up and tearing down to delegating some tasks and problem-solving so that I didn't have to be concerned or bothered if something came up! That was the best part, not even knowing that a couple of issues came up that were outside of all of our control. They just handled it! Our day went so smoothly and I had no cares in the world other than marrying my best friend and I will appreciate that for a lifetime! It truly makes a difference when you can put your whole wedding in the hands of someone you trust!! Highly recommend working with this team!
