Hi, I'm Veronica! I've been a part of the wedding industry for over 14 years, and even longer if you count the dozens of weddings I planned on my bed back in grade school! I started WDBT in 2018 and our team of planners has since made the wedding vision of 100's of couples come to life. Our team takes pride in taking the stress off of you through responsive communication, super detailed timelines, and flawless day-of execution. We have the knowledge, experience and passion to make your wedding everything you could dream it to be.

As a part of the WDBT family, regardless of which package is right for you, our service always starts at least 6 months before your wedding so no detail is left uncovered. Upon booking you also gain access to our exclusive wedding decor rental list with hundreds of items like signs, vases, candles, dessert trays, etc. that can help save you $$$! The perfect package if you need some help finding and booking key vendors that meet your vision and budget. Partial planning provides extra service and guidance above our day-of coordination package.

Our classic package where in the 6 months leading up to your wedding, we work with your entire team of vendors to build a detailed timeline and floorplan. On your wedding day, your lead planner will set up, organize, direct, and break down your event so you can enjoy every moment stress-free!

    Unfortunately we did not have a great experience working with WDBT for day-of wedding coordination. Initially we felt really confident with our choice after an intro call, but once we were connected with our actual coordinator we ultimately felt very let down. We had a hard time communicating with her, as did our vendors. We also did not receive a number of services outlined in our contract - we were supposed to have two, 30 min phone calls and only received one 15 min call a week before the wedding, and on the actual day of our wedding there was supposed to be an assistant to help our coordinator, however only our lead coordinator was present and so our family assisted with set up and tear down. Ultimately we were really disappointed by our experience, but we only worked with one of their coordinators so our experience may not be yours!

    WDBT was absolutely incredible for our wedding! Katie was our day of coordinator and she was so responsive and attentive! The excel sheet of all the info was so helpful through the planning process!! She knew all the questions to ask that I would have never thought of. I was nervous handing over everything for someone to set up to my reception vision and she made everything perfect! The communication ahead of time even though she was only hired for day-off was fantastic and I was so thankful for it! I would highly recommend to anyone!

    As a DJ/photobooth company with over 200 events a year, when we find out we get to work with White Dress Black Tie, we are thrilled! We know immediately that the wedding is going to go well, be well-prepared, and that we aren't going to be going crazy trying to do our job and coordinate with everyone. Veronica and her team are thoughtful, organized, and so kind. They go above and beyond for their couples and their colleagues. If I could do every wedding with WDBT I would.

    We hired WDBT for the day of- coordinator, and from the very first moment I spoke with Veronica, I knew I made the right choice. She is kind, competent, and professional. We couldn't have been happier with the service. She ushered us through the process, kept us on track, answered our questions--and was quick and responsive to email. Behind the scenes, she worked magic coordinating the vendors' arrivals, meals, and the like. During the rehearsal and wedding, EVERYTHING was perfect--all because of Veronica. From taping me into my wedding gown to the last dance, she was a force to behold. I don't even know how she did everything she did, but she most certainly did it. I also want to note how much we enjoyed working with Veronica. She is warm, funny, compassionate, and kind. I highly recommend WDBT for the day of wedding coordination and Veronica specifically. My husband and I could not have been happier and blessed to have such a competent professional ensuring our perfect wedding.
