LUXE marble floor and high ceiling creates a grand and modern look. The huge outdoor covered patio is the most unique in the Charlotte area. Being able to bring your own vendors saves a lot of money on alcohol and gives you control over what you want to do. I think Luxe is the best venue in Charlotte as long as your guest count is under 200.

Yes, complete open vendor policy.

Beer and Wine does not need a permit in NC. Only liquor needs a limited special occasion permit from the ABC of NC. Host is responsible for obtaining it.

There is only one event per day. 10AM till 12AM.

No, our venue is fully insured. It's recommended for the host to get Alcohol liability insurance.

Yes you can bring your alcohol.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have no steps in the whole Venue.
