I would love to write a raving review. I loved working with the Ambassador up until about a month before my wedding. They were very kind and quick to respond until it really mattered. About a month before my wedding we had issues with processing payments, then it was impossible to get ahold of them when trying to resolve the issue. Any questions I had as the big day came up I did not receive timely responses. The day before the wedding we could not get ahold of anyone to let us know where to send our vendors. The coordinator had decided to go home 2 hours into her shift without giving us any sort of notice. The day of, she still had not contacted us and we were not given any guidance for our vendors. Luckily, I had hired an outside day of coordinator who was able to square everything away, without her, my we’d could have easily turned into a disaster. When I reached out to the Ambassador to tell them of all the extra stress they had caused, they simply said sorry and that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m really hoping it was just a one time occurrence, but I really was very disappointed.
