Welcome to The Estate on the Halifax, a 10 acre private estate specializing in weddings. We have a variety of venues to choose from, or if you prefer, you may reserve Exclusive Use. Exclusive Use includes the Tavern, Chapel, Gardens & Koi Ponds, Snow White’s Cottage, Club Car and an overnight stay in Agatha’s Guesthouse.

The Chapel

Your Perfect Wedding

The Chapel has hosted hundreds of weddings throughout its lifetime. The stained glass windows and curved pews are the perfect setting for guests to witness your vows. Built originally in 1897 as the first town hall of Port Orange, in 1913, the building was moved and served as the Parish Hall for Grace Episcopal Church. When the church expanded in 1997, the Chapel was relocated to it’s current location here at the Estate on the Halifax.

    This is probably the most unique and gorgeous wedding venue in Volusia county. All of our guests were blown away at how beautiful the estate was and they all enjoyed being able to walk around and explore all the estate has to offer. So many beautiful places to take pictures. It’s also an added bonus that the bride and groom have a dedicated place to get ready and a place to stay that night. It’s one less thing you have to worry about. I can’t recommend the estate and Cara and her staff enough. Our day was truly magical and so very memorable!
