Yes, there are large parking lots behind the hotel and just around the corner. Free self parking and bus/limo parking is available.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and rear entrances.

For the Barker Ballroom, tables, chairs, and white table cloths are included. Set up and clean up times are also included. For the Village Green, the space and restrooms are included. This space offers more flexibility and can be transformed into almost any configuration.

Your reservation includes up to 4 hours, not including setup or cleanup. Depending on if the space is utilized the day before/after we are able to do early setup or late cleanup.

Should any portion of the event be canceled or moved, 45 Days from the Event= 50% of Signed Agreement Hotel and Space Cost and Within 30 Days of the Event =100% of Signed Agreement Hotel and Space Cost. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis

We are about 45 minutes from GSP and about 15 minutes from the Oconee airport. Most guests would utilize GSP.

No, our venue is fully insured. But we do ask that any vendor you utilize is fully licensed and insured.
