All tours, site visits, and meetings at The Waterfront Rodeo must be scheduled with our staff in advance to ensure availability.
The capacity for your event is dependent on your set-up request.
Your package will include 6 hours or 8 hours of event time. Additional hours can be purchased and all events must end by 12:00 AM.
Your package is inclusive of set up times. There is 1 free hour for clean-up after the event ends.This means all vendors and personal belongings must be off the property in this allotted time to avoid overtime charges.
The Waterfront Rodeo is fully ADA compliant. We do have handicapped parking and restrooms.
Yes, we allow outside catering at our event space. However, we also offer catering services through our preferred vendors.
A $50 alcohol fee is applicable for parties with alcohol. Alcoholic drinks are permitted at The Waterfront Rodeo facilities without a permit, provided they are not sold or exchanged for money. However, alcohol consumption at "youth events" or those with many underage attendees is strictly prohibited. Alcohol serving hours during events can be limited by The Waterfront Rodeo.
Alcohol consumption is confined to the venue premises and not allowed outside, including the driveway and parking lot. Only the Winery’s wine is allowed at Renter’s Event; additional wine and bubbly can be purchased at Four Fools Winery tasting room. Alcohol service is limited to those 21 and over, with no selling, and must cease 30 minutes before the rental's end time.

No. These items are to be arranged by your full-service caterer, planner, or an event rental vendor.
While we offer complimentary Wi-Fi, we suggest having essential documents and media stored on a hard drive in case of any unforeseen outages beyond our control.
Yes, we do require proof of a minimum $1,000,000 policy with The Waterfront Rodeo listed as an additional insured, The Certificate of Insurance should be submitted 15 days before your event and must be obtained separately. We recommend using www.wedsafe.com or www.eventhelper.com, with an average cost of around $175. We also highly recommend event insurance, which is separate from liability insurance, and both can be acquired through the websites mentioned above.
You may hire a vetted Event Planner or Day-of Coordinator or you may add the Waterfront Rodeo's event planner a la carte subject to availability and will be an added cost.
If you choose to utilize our venue's Event Planner service, your designated Event Planner will handle the arrangement of personal items and decorations on the event day. These items include table numbers, signs with easels, picture frames, seating charts, guest books, card boxes, and party favors. However, please ensure that all these items are pre-assembled and ready for the event before your rental period begins. Any other items not mentioned above or any listed items not prepared and event-ready will be your responsibility.
All packages include the cost of deep cleaning of The Waterfront Rodeo after your event. Please make sure to clear the property of any personal belongings and rentals by the end of the rental period.
