We approached Daniel to film our wedding day for us and deliver us raw footage with no editing. He was super accommodating and flexible to put a package together that would suit our needs. We were able to work out a plan with our photographer separately to film raw footage instead so we ended up terminating our contract with Daniel before the wedding day, but I wanted to leave a review for the customer service alone. He refunded our deposit in full and was super understanding. Wedding planning and hiring/communicating with vendors can be stressful but Daniel definitely made it easy. His work is fantastic (and we would’ve loved to work with him) but his customer experience is greatly appreciated!

"What an amazing wedding video, these people worth every penny, give me their contacts," are the comments that we got from all of our family and friends when we showed them our wedding video. WE LOVEEEEE our video! Truffle Films NC really know how to capture all the right and memorable moments for us. Our videographer was Daniel and he was very friendly and tall. They really know how to make the atmosphere feel so relaxing and fun for my husband and I. Thanks guys!

Daniel was a good videographer, I barely noticed him on the wedding day since my wife handled all that stuff. She just showed me the final video Daniel sent us and I was really impressed by the quality and the slow mo was crazy cool. Keep it up boss.

We charge according to what package our client selects. Each package has a fixed price and we charge $300 for every additional hour added. Our price range is typical within $1750-2950. There is some flexibility if clients only want to pay for certain aspects of the package and/or different add-ons.

Yes we have a service contract that is sent to our clients prior to payment.

Typically, our videographers can handle shooting a wedding on their own. If it's a large wedding or it's particularly important for you to bring on a second shooter, then we'll go through with that.

Upon signing the client contract, we send you the payment inquiry. We require half the payment to be paid upon booking and the other half a week before the wedding date.

We guarantee delivery of the highlight video and all other media within 2 weeks of the wedding date. We are able to re-edit the video in case there are any special requests.

Yes we have insurance, documents available upon request.

We send you the highlight film and all the raw footage of the main events as well as the overnight instagram reel. See more about that on the packages page.

Most of our clients opt for the "Treasure Package" for its mix of quality and affordability. A 7 minute video is an ideal length for capturing all the highlights from the special day.
