I wish I had my parents' wedding day captured on film. I would have loved to see how they interacted with each other on the day they celebrated their union. How nervous with excitement they were when they spoke their vows; how they arrived to the church; the look on my grandfather's face as he walked my mother down the aisle. ​ Moments such as these are valuable family histories because as generations move along, memories of past events evaporate. This is why wedding films are important and why I love creating them.

Because I book a limited amount of weddings per year, I can give personal attention to each of my couples. I offer two styles -- the Classic Wedding Series and the As You Are Film Series. Both contain select options suited to my couples' individual tastes, plus offer additional options such as Super 8mm and Super 35mm film. I am mostly a referral based business which speaks to the trust and satisfaction others have felt when working wth me.

    I cannot begin to explain how wonderful my experience working with Valerie was!!! Not only is she the sweetest person, who right away makes you feel comfortable and relaxed on your big day, but she has an exceptional eye for capturing the most beautiful moments of your wedding day! I was honestly blown away by Valerie's ability to portray my wedding just as I remembered it. Her videos truly depict a love story! Valerie will not be happy until you absolutely LOVE your video! If there was a clip of footage that you absolutely loved and want included in the video, she will work with you to ensure that clip is included! This is something I really appreciated - as there were certain clips of extended family members that I wanted included - and Valerie went above and beyond to make it happen! Not only was she willing to hop on the phone with me and email back and forth - but she really made the whole process easy and stress free!!! My husband and I are eternally grateful to Valerie for creating such a beautiful memory of our wedding day! Overall, I could not recommend Valerie more!!!!!

    Valerie is incredible to work with. We have had the pleasure of working together many times on weddings. As wedding photographers we appreciate other wedding vendors that are mindful of the space we have to perform our craft. Valerie is never obtrusive. She always has a game plan and works together with us so we are not in each others space. Her presence is very calming. She is organized and extremely professional. We love her as a wedding peer and admire her talent. After so many years crossing paths and working together we are happy to call her a friend too.
