I had deities instead of table numbers, a maypole, an odd order for the wedding march, and a very specific timing for my aisle walk song that she helped with immensely. She made for a memorable night.

Sharon was the best decision I made for my wedding. My husband and I hired Sharon as our wedding planner for the last 2 months before our wedding. Sharon was very experienced and professional the entire time but was very friendly, understanding, and empathetic at the same time. The two months leading up to the wedding, Sharon was very responsive and outlined her plan for us with her very detailed planning spreadsheet. As a program manager by profession, I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and planning expertise that Sharon showcased. I knew that I was in good hands! On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, Sharon and team were a well oiled machine! Sharon ensured that my husband and I were on time for our wedding festivities, grabbed boba for us during cocktail hour (we hired boba for cocktail hour), had enough time to eat (and drink!), and we’re hydrated throughout the night. All of my guests and wedding party were pleasantly surprised and admired Sharon’s planning and coordination skills! Sharon worked really well with my vendors which helped maintained a harmonious dynamic among my vendors on the day of the wedding. I’m really glad that Sharon was a big part of my wedding and wouldn’t have it any other way! :)

Tatiana and team went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come true. Everything from the planning to the execution was perfect and she was so lovely to work with. She was incredible quick with responses to all of my questions which was so important to someone so high stung like me. The team put in a lot of thought into the design of the tablescape, escort wall, cabana, lounges, etc. (not to mention I had 3 different table designs) All I had to do was send an inspiration photo and it was brought to life! My family still talks about how sweet Tatiana and her team were on the wedding day. I've always heard horror stories of things that went wrong at weddings, so I was incredibly thrilled that everything seemed to flow so seemlessly at mine. That either means that nothing went wrong, or that Tatiana is the best wedding planner ever and managed every curve ball...I'm betting on the latter :)

Joey already had an event for our date, but still made it work to set up our wedding the morning of. Joey was thorough, organized and communicated well. She gave me a peace of mind that my wedding would be beautiful and well decorated. She paid attention to details, and stayed with a theme. The florals for all of the tables, restrooms, and high tops were perfect. She also decorated our ceremony arch, aisle, and end of row of chairs for ceremony. I had Joey also decorate our cake with the same florals she used for the table settings. I loved Joey’s unique take on a travel theme and how she tied in our travels for the table settings.

Erin was the greatest support, resource, guide, and coordinator we could have ever asked for. We can't thank her enough for helping make our dream wedding become a reality. She met each of my requests and emails with patience and kindness. She made me feel so supported throughout this entire planning process. There were so many highlights in working with Erin, and the top two that come to mind are her organization and her creativity/design. Erin was incredibly organized, structured, and prompt with her communication. We were in touch for about 8 months in the planning process, and she was on top of every detail I mentioned or request I had. During our final details meeting before our wedding, I felt very assured and supported by Erin. Her organization, her advocacy and detail orientation with vendors, and her attentiveness helped alleviate so much stress leading up to the big day. Her day of coordination was unmatched. Erin was also so generous when it came to recommendations and ideas for the creativity and design of our wedding day. I am not someone who is super great with creativity or decorating, so when it came to designing our welcome table, dessert table, reception tablescape, etc., I had some ideas, but wasn't entirely sure how it would play out. Erin took my ideas and turned them into an absolute vision and even better than I could have ever imagined!! Also, we had so many small requests about moving or changing items during certain portions of the day, and she did not miss a single one. After our wedding, so many people asked me how I was feeling now that we were married, and the one word that came to mind first was grateful, and a lot of that gratitude was for Erin and her team. She is truly incredible. She showed us so much kindness, understanding, and flexibility. We feel so lucky to have had her support throughout the planning process.

Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! She brings a wave a reassurance with her that eliminated any worry, anxiety, or stress we might’ve had throughout the process and on the day of. Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. They are both so fast and so knowledgable, and made our night more enjoyable because of it! On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST! Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. Whether you are a Type-A person looking for someone to pass the baton off to a couple months out, or a couple who needs ALL the help and someone to run the show - Ryann is your answer. In the recent weeks following my wedding, friends and family have been inquiring about the big day, notably interested to hear about any events gone awry/disaster stories that took place. To their dismay, I have been able to confidentially respond, “Actually, everything went exactly according to plan and it felt like a pretty chill day!” This is because of Lynette Palacios. My mom and I planned my wedding together for 9 months and brought on Lynette at the 6-weeks-out-mark to be our coordinator. From the moment she joined the team, Lynette was prompt, organized, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. She graciously offloaded our work in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that my family and I could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying about any logistics. On wedding day, Lynette handled it all: vendor arrival and setup, timeline management, table settings, chair arrangement, guest greeting— all while constantly ensuring that the groom and I had a cocktail in our hands and all other needs met. She knew our grandparents’ names and even held our grand entrance 5 minutes when she noticed that the groom’s grandmother was in the restroom. She had eyes on it all. In college I planned social outings and holiday parties for my roommates. Due to my love of organization I majored in Recreation and Leisure Studies, which included event planning at California State University. After graduation, I worked full-time in municipal recreation for the City of Cypress planning and day-of coordinating city-wide special events, as well as managing venues to host banquets, parties, and beautiful wedding receptions.

Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!

On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

When I was told I needed to hire a planner, I laughed. Honestly. "Oh please, I've been planning this my whole life, I've got this."-Note, I did not HAVE anything. I reached out to Chelsea because her website and social media drew me in HARD. When I say she is the best cheerleader, I mean it. She was the first to respond with an all-caps "EPIC" as a reaction to my dress. She never once judged me or got short with me as I became more and more of a stress-case. She was right there with answers to every single ridiculous question I had and she genuinely wanted my husband (still new and weird to say) and I to have the best day of our lives. Ever seen someone's work and say " wow I want them" well that was ME!! I happened to find Abi on Instagram. and instantly fell in love with her style. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!
