The Garden Pavillion is a fully-enclosed event private event building with heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The venue can host upwards of 150 people and more than 200 with additional tenting.

Inspired by his poem "To One in Paradise," the Museum's Enchanted Garden was created in 1922 to pay tribute to this passion. The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs. High on a bluff towering over the James River, this exquisite Georgian Revival offers 16,000 square feet of opulence, built by Taylor and Parrish Construction from 1981-1987. This stately Georgian features an upper brick promenade surrounded by a limestone balustrade and opens to a double curved staircase to the lower terrace. The mansion's interior boasts extravagant architectural embellishment. Marble floors, ornamental cornices, plaster friezes, 18-foot columns with gilded Corinthian capitals, and custom crystal chandeliers please the eye from the onset. A Jeffersonian pool house with a hexagonal raised dome presides over a circular pool with bluestone terraces and a limestone balustrade. Nearby, you will discover a tennis court complete with a covered viewing stand. Riverside Vines is a brand new luxury lakefront wedding venue! Where modern luxury meets southern charm. Our wedding packages include on site accommodations, a three night stay at Château Thibault (5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom farmhouse), in house premium catering, top shelf liquor and bar services, as well as a place to get ready, waterfront ceremony site, outdoor/indoor cocktail hour, and a clear tent for your reception. We also offer a one day package for couples not looking to stay on the farm. We are a working farm with 20 acres of picturesque grapevines planted.

Events flow beautifully into a patio cocktail hour space beside our rustic chic bar area and courtyard. The party moves toward the barn for the celebration continues with dinner and dancing the night away.
