I am a man that enjoys history. Far too often, we are completely unaware of ours. Video is relatively new as a mainstream staple in our society and we still don't fully appreciate it's value. My mission, and that of Gilded Heart Films, is to educate couples that work with me on the less thought of benefits of video. 8 generations from now, will they know who you were? Who your family was? Will you fade into obscurity?

After freelancing over 9-10 years as a Wedding Cinematographer and Photographer, I have finally achieved the dream of opening my own studio. I came to the states in 2015 to get my Masters in International Business but fell in love with the art of capturing light. Since then, I’ve never looked back. I chose weddings because I love to capture emotions. They are rare and candid in weddings, which you’ll never find elsewhere. Being able to record and showcase those moments that the couple and their family will cherish forever is priceless.

We are a husband and wife team. Alongside an amazing talented group of photographers and videographers, we have been able to do what we lov for the last 18 years. My name is Gage Horne, the owner of Gage Horne Studios. I started my company in 2019 (officially) but have been doing video work starting at the age of 11. It started as gaming videos uploaded to YouTube, to shooting professional dance films in college, to starting my own Video Production Service. I found true passion in my work when I realized how important wedding videos are. I had already shot 100+ films before my wedding but realized as a consumer how valuable it is.
