Alyssa was an absolute joy to work with. She understood exactly what we were looking for with our photos and offered suggestions if we got a bit camera shy. Not only that but she was extremely punctual, informative, and knew exactly where she needed to be at all times. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone in SoCal who is planning on getting married, she was spectacular!

Danielle Bennink Photography

5.0

Glendora, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,500

A true artist at heart, Danielle has spent over twenty-five years behind a camera. For over a decade she has specialized in recording couples and families in some of their most joyous moments. Utilizing both digital and film, she documents not only the major moments, but the minor moments, too, that sometimes go amiss: the grandmother gazing fondly at the new generation. The proud tearful eyes of a parent watching as their child embarks on an exciting new chapter. Big or small, with her trained eye Danielle captures every brushstroke to fully realize the memory of your special day.

You will not regret having Danielle capture your special day. She has photographed at least 2 weddings in my family - and we always trust Danielle and her photographic genius capture our most important moments.

Aladdin Films is a way to go! Their level of service was nothing short of perfection. Meetings, phone calls, contracts, and payments were all handled with lightning speed and efficiency, leaving us with nothing to worry about. From the very first call meeting, we felt that they could read our minds, it was a strange and at the same time relieving feeling. We were 100% certain they knew what they were talking about. And after looking at their previous jobs, all of our concerns faded away. The result was shocking, I’d never imagined that I could be like one of those celebrities on the cover of GC. Pure magic. On the actual wedding day, the videographer took us outside for about 10 to 15 minutes or so, so he could get some footage of us acting… We are not actors. Not even close. But on the actual video, we looked so flawless, so natural, it is amazing. They are creating masterpieces out there, and we’re so glad that we chose them. Highly recommend!

Meet Ellen, a Southern California native and seasoned visual storyteller: I've been photographing events and portraiture since 2017 and specialize in destination weddings and elopements. For me, the best part about being a photographer is getting to witness my client’s once in a lifetime memories being created and knowing that my work will allow future generations to experience those memories as well. I take on all types of creative photo shoots when I'm not shooting weddings.

Awarded Best of Zola
Ellen captured the dreamiest moments of our intimate proposal! She was professional, sweet, and respectful of this moment between my fiancé and I. She never made us feel awkward or do cheesy poses! The quality of her work is clean and beautiful! We are so excited to have our photos and highly recommend her! - Janessa Vishal

Randall de Leon Photography

5.0

Los Angeles, CA
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,000

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

Randall and I have worked on a couple projects together and each time we work together he just gets better and better. He's extremely professional, patient and has a great vision when capturing photos. He always makes the clients feel comfortable while getting the perfect shot. A pleasure to work with and not hesitate for a second to work with again.

Adam Griffin Photo

5.0

West Hollywood, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $5,000

I’m Adam—a Boston native who’s now roaming around California photographing everything I see. When I’m not behind the camera you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sipping a dirty martini with friends, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or taking my rescue pup Ollie to the park or on long neighborhood walks. I got my first film camera when I was 8, and it was love at first sight. Capturing your story is more than just a job for me. From destination elopements to parties of the century, I've seen it all and love every minute of a wedding day.

Awarded Best of Zola
Searching for vendors for a wedding can feel a lot like a dating, a process which thankfully my husband and I don’t have to go through anymore. Occasionally you’re lucky enough to find someone you have an instant connection to, and that was true with Adam. We loved his photography from the moment we both saw it on his Instagram page. During our first Zoom call, he was attentive, asked good follow up questions, and truly understood what we wanted from him. From hiring to the day off, he was always available for any questions we might’ve had. When we got to meet him face to face, he was very professional but charming and warm, not only being expert with a camera but expert on the dance floor. Having now received all of his shots after getting a sneak peek an astounding two days after the wedding, we can say we made the right decision. Adam is an artist, through and through, and we couldn't have gotten more lucky in finding him.

I don’t think I will ever find the right words for Carmen, but if you are reading this because you are still in limbo whether you want to book her for your next big event, STOP whatever it is you are doing and book her right NOW (before its too late and you regret it foreva). It took awhile for me to realize that these are not just photos you look at once in your life, but photos that you will forever be looking back to- the photos you will show your grand babies and so forth. Carmen’s attention to detail from the start is on a different level. She really takes the time to get to know each of her clients to help create each of story through her work. My husband and I are very awkward and we are the worst at posing in front of a camera- but Carmen was a natural at making us comfortable and just have fun/ being ourselves, and being in the moment. She really made us look like we were the best that we couldn’t stop posting our photos. I can go on and on about how amazing her work is- but find out for yourself and experience the magic. Carmen and her team are the BEST! In all honestly, The wedding album was the second best thing we got out of our experience with her. The friendship we were able to build is first! We love you Carmen!!

I’m Mysi (pronounced, boringly, “Missy”)! I’ve been at this thing for 12 years and I keep falling more and more in love with it all. Give me intimate micro-weddings, quirky dive bar weddings, raucous South Asian weddings... my team and I absolutely thrive in chaos and emotion. My specialty is catching the moments and those tiny moments in between. ✨✨✨

Awarded Best of Zola
Mysi and I have worked together personally and professionally and both experiences were fantastic. The engagement photo session we had with her was so fun! She let us drag her all over Chicago and we photos that came back were fantastic. As a vendor, the weddings we've worked together have also been nothing short of perfection. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stephen Tang Photo

5.0

Pasadena, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $4,100

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stephen has been a joy to work to with—he's accommodating, generous with his time, professional, punctual, a clear communicator, and we're very happy with the photos we have from both our engagement shoot and wedding.

  • Starts at $3,700

Xenia Park is a photography and videography company based in Los Angeles. Every couple, with their distinctive love story, transforms into a canvas where we paint with the play of light and shadow. It extends beyond the grandeur of photographing pivotal moments like vows, rings, and the first dance; it encompasses the art of capturing nuanced glances, shared laughter, and the silent connection that elevates an ordinary day into an extraordinary celebration of love. Published in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Tatler.

Awarded Best of Zola
Xenia was the primary wedding photographer for our wedding last year at the the William Vale hotel. We had photo-session both outside and inside, with me changing outfits twice. I couldn’t wish of better pictures as they were literally amazing, ideal and perfect version of me, my husband and us as a couple. Very lucky to had her as a photographer for such an important event for our family, we have got a lifetime amazing memory, thanks to Xenia.

Gabbie Burseth Photo

5.0

Santa Monica, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $6,000

My name is Gabbie, and I'm a wedding photographer for the couples who seek a non-traditional approach to their big day. I'm a sucker for a candid moment, intimate ceremonies, and black-and-white images from the 1980s. My work is photojournalistic — I approach weddings through a documentary lens, telling the truth with beautiful and timeless imagery.

Awarded Best of Zola
Gabbie is the absolute best photographer you could ask for! Gabbie did a beautiful job shooting my brother's wedding and we knew we had to use her for our wedding too. Coordinating a wedding during COVID was a challenge, to say the least, but she handled every postponement and venue change we threw at her with patience and grace. When we finally reached our wedding day, she knew just how to work with an over-stressed bride and groom. She’s very calming and knows exactly how to coach and compose without being overbearing. Gabbie’s greatest strength is her ability to perfectly capture the atmosphere surrounding the event, not just the event itself. Looking through her photos isn’t a reflection, it’s a magnetic pull right back to the happiest day of our lives. We can relive our wedding every time we look at her work. If you’re looking for a photographer that will go above and beyond to accommodate you while creating phenomenal memories of your day, look no further!!
