She and her sister did an incredible job making sure everything ran smoothly at our wedding at Knollwood Country Club, you can tell they have a *lot* of experience with wedding coordination. Also bilingual English Spanish which was a huge plus for us. Highly highly recommend their photobooth service as well, definitely one of the highlights for all our guests!

I honestly have no idea how I would have managed the wedding day without Natalie’s help. I absolutely loved working with her prior to the big day itself—her positive energy paired with incredible organizational skills made the process of organizing all the vendors and scheduling everything a breeze! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly prior and on the wedding day itself. From contacting all the vendors to helping me decorate the dining table at the venue the eve before the wedding—Natalie was truly there for me every step of the way! And I can’t say enough great things about her managing the day itself and ensuring that everyone was in time despite us getting married during an actual hurricane in NYC with flooded subways and insane traffic! I mean, even with everything going on we weren’t a second late for anything, and the day was super smooth all thanks to her! Whenever I forgot something (including rings for the ceremony lol) Natalie would magically produce everything right that instant—I really don’t know what I would do without her! Huge thanks to Natalie and GTHR for the perfectly organized, stress-free and overall best wedding ever!

We hired Carissa with Positively Charming Weddings in April 2022 for our September 2023 wedding near Palm Springs. Although we initially hired her as a month-of coordinator, she graciously answered our questions whenever we reached out almost every month leading up to September 2023. Carissa also reviewed all our vendors' contracts as we hired them, offering valuable suggestions on contract specifics and ensuring no details were overlooked. During the month of the wedding, she proactively communicated with all our vendors and provided a very detailed structured timeline for our wedding day. In fact, one of our vendors told me that in all their years of experience, they've never really worked with any coordinators as detailed as Carissa. One of the PLUSES of hiring Carissa was that she was able to execute our wedding the way we wanted. We had a very non-traditional wedding where we forgoed a lot of wedding traditions and did some things not commonly seen in weddings. We didn't feel judged or anything. We had a surprise event which included a water lantern release on the lake, followed immediately by fireworks. I was very concerned about this part, as it required communication between the DJ and the fireworks company due to the precise timing of songs. Carissa handled the communication between all parties according to plan, and it all flowed smoothly! Also, all 16 of the vendors were exactly where they needed to be so I didn't have to worry about a single thing. If you're uncertain about whether to hire a coordinator, I strongly recommend it. It's difficult to imagine how anyone could fully enjoy the day while also handling the coordination. And this is coming from a total DIY bride who usually like to plan and manage things on her own. Over the span of 1.5 years of ongoing communication, I had the privilege of witnessing her professionalism and expertise, which, in turn, gave me the confidence to step back entirely and place my trust in her on the big day. Working with Yu and Us (founder Jane Yu) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We hired her as a month of coordinator. She was wonderful and on top of it all. Even though she was based in LA and we were in NYC, it wasn’t an issue. She was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Also, even though we hired her months before our wedding, she kept in touch throughout- checking in, giving pointers, acting as a voice of reason. As we neared our wedding (3 months), Jane reached out with useful checklists and timeline templates for us to fill out / be familiar with. She also helped provide last minute wedding contacts when we needed it (e.g. HMU, transportation). She provided much needed advice and suggestions along the way, which we welcomed given her years of experience planning events in NY. On our wedding day, Jane was a beacon of calm as we went from a noon tea ceremony, to first look, then catholic church wedding and finally our rooftop reception, with two full outfit changes along the way. Even during the reception, we had a lion dance, full band, and table to table ganbei’s, and Jane was with us every step of the way. Only thing I wished I did differently was to have her for more hours during our wedding! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to other brides, whether for the month of services or even day of.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Christina as part of the Total Coordination package for our spring wedding last year. We found out about her services through the Bridal World Expo held in Pasadena. I truly appreciated how Christina made herself available to us throughout the whole process. Christina would respond to all of our inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. She also provided alternative vendors when I was still searching for our final ones. Christina is also punctual and very organized. From being able to schedule our first meeting through an online calendar to filling out a few questionnaires that helped us gather our thoughts on the small details. She did not miss a thing! Christina’s experience and wealth of knowledge was invaluable to the planning process. When having our final details meeting, she knew exactly what to ask of our venue coordinator and brought up subjects that were not on our radar (e.g., asking what miscellaneous vendors need for when setting up). She helped us plan a realistic timeline, distributed this timeline to our vendors, and most importantly helped us stick to it on the big day.
