Our events team at Bay 13 is highly experienced and trained with a point of contact dedicated during the planning process to an on-site coordinator present the day of your event. The Cocoplum Woman's Club was established in 1912! It is on the registry of historical buildings and has been used as a wedding and party venue for over 30 years! We offer a variety of services to our clients, including catering and bar, and event planning. Our lovely venue is a Mediterranean-style building with gorgeous chandeliers and a magnificent wooden ceiling in the ballroom. The outdoor courtyard is the perfect setting for a ceremony or cocktail and can be covered with a tent in case of rain. There is free parking adjacent to the venue, but valet services are also available. The Senior Coordinator, Rosie, is an award-winning event planner who will work tirelessly to make your dream wedding come true. Chef Fernando has the experience to make your meal a total success, offering a variety of food and cuisine choices. We offer catering and bar packages and an all-inclusive package that offers floral table arrangements, photography, the cake, and DJ/MC services.

The 2-Story house features expansive porch, high ceiling foyer and clever use of internal doors to make the spaces expansive or intimate as the occasion calls for. This magical property from a bygone era began with an incredible story about the fabulous Colonel Henry Johnston Wallace from Kentucky who was known as the Wizard of Palm Lodge Grove for his ability to cultivate over 8,000 incredible specimens of tropical fruits and flowers - many not found anywhere else in America.

The two-story, Georgian-style southern estate is beautifully appointed with a large sweeping front porch with large white columns. Set in a 5-acre park with pine, oak and magnolia trees, lush landscaping and a quaint heritage garden, a wedding at the Sample-McDougald House is exquisite.
