Nicole has been baking since she was tall enough to reach the countertop. Making something sweet almost every day after school, she soon found herself creating cakes and desserts for family and friends. After hearing, "You should do this as a business!" and "I think you missed your calling" many times over, she finally decided to pursue her dream of baking as a full-time career in 2019 leaving her former career in Public Accounting. Her favorite designs are the crazy over-the-top cakes that make your guests do a double-take! From food realism and sculpted creations to simple and elegant styles, Nicole can do it all!

Hey! I'm Bryonna & I started Flick of the Whisk Cakes in 2019 after taking a huge leap of faith & leaving the interior design world. Completely self-taught, I started my business only selling jar cupcakes (which is my most popular item) & branched into custom cakes & cupcakes.
