Built in the late 1800s, the historic Minneapolis Fifth Precinct is now the home of FIVE Event Center. FIVE blends New York inspired contemporary design with rich colors and bold textures to create an unforgettable event! In 1910, President Taft signed the bill to establish Glacier National Park as the country’s 10th national park. Mr. Healy was given a plumbing contractor for the train depot here in St. Paul, where he met Samuel Bartlett, the architect of many of the railroad depots and Glacier National Park Lodge. Healy then commissioned Bartlett to renovate and enlarge the house. In 1914, the farm was sold to John Healy, the owner of Healy Plumbing and Heating Company of St. Paul. Mr. Healy’s company became closely tied to the Great Northern Railroad, as it provided the heating and plumbing for many of the train depots that were being built around the country at that time. The farm was named Hope Glen Farm, the name of John Healy’s mother’s maiden name of Hope, and the house settles in a Glen, thus Hope Glen.

Green Acres is an award winning Wedding & Event Venue conveniently located just 15 minutes southwest of Minneapolis. This lovingly restored historic barn is turnkey with all the modern amenities that include heat, air conditioning, handicap accessible elevator, surround sound, AV, wireless microphone, and theatrical lighting inside and out. Rain or shine, we can accommodate an indoor or outdoor ceremony and a seated reception indoors for up to 225 guests all year round. We have a lovely brick patio, outdoor lounge seating, a s'mores cauldron and a four sided fire pit for those perfect Minnesota evenings. Inside the barn, we have two levels: one for your cocktail/social hour and our upper/main level where the party happens! Green Acres is rustic elegance with stunning chandeliers, soaring Gothic Arch roof of aged timbers, and charming decor. Everything is wheelchair accessible because no one should miss out on the fun!

Featuring spectacular views and a modern aesthetic, Brookview is the perfect place for your special day! We offer indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The Bassett Creek Room has picturesque views of Brookview Golf Course and can accommodate up to 200 guests. We are centrally located just West of downtown Minneapolis with onsite parking. (up to 150 guests) -The Garden Patio offers an outdoor setting compete with a newly-built white pergola, floral landscaping, brick flooring, pond, fountain and waterfalls to add to the scenery. This location can host up to 250 guests for a ceremony and up to 400 for a cocktail reception. -The Lake Minnetonka Ballroom can host up to 500 people! High ceilings adorned with modern light fixtures serve as a blank canvas to transform into your dream wedding!
