The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond. Devastated by a fire on June 19th, 2009, this historic concert hall has been rebuilt as a labor of love with reverence for the creative spirit that Athens has long embraced. With special thanks to the people of Athens and all who worked so diligently to restore her and make her better, the Georgia Theatre stands proudly reborn.

Located in the beautiful Georgia Piedmont, this lovely c1820 property is on the National Historic Registry and has a Georgia Historical Marker as well. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location. It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. It is two blocks from the Monticello Town Square that the house predates.

The Loft at Due South combines the celebrated cuisine of Due South Seafood Kitchen with a polished elegance that fuses perfectly for your special event. We offer an extensive list of menus options to choose from and our chef can customize the menu to fit your needs. We host a variety of events such as Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Events, Weddings and Receptions, Day Meetings, Seminars, Birthdays, Proms, and many other Family Events. The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V that are included as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.

McDowall Acres is the creation of Sonny & Dana McDowall. It's where they called home, raised five children, a host of animals and welcomed numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In 1998, The McDowalls sold their land in Lawrenceville and moved their cherished house up the mountain to Blairsville, Georgia. Three of the McDowall daughters and one grandson now live on the property and hope to honor their parents' welcoming demeanor by opening their beloved farm to other families looking to create lasting memories.

Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!
