CountyLine Vineyard & Venue is an off the beaten path wedding venue set in the countryside of central Virginia. Shortly down the lane in view are a picturesque venue barn, vineyard, pre-civil war log cabin, and fields offering beautiful backdrops for a wedding ceremony, reception, and photographs. Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2400 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Availability depends on when you wish to book. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The Two Sisters Event Venue located in Downtown Franklin, Virginia is a 5000 sq. foot building that is a fresh and bright space decorated in hues of a neutral grey and blue. We can host any event up to 150 guests. The house is 3,000 sq ft with large kitchen. The house is easy to divide for day-of preparation, each side has access to a full sized bathroom. There’s an event level restroom for guests. No vendor restrictions. Our current wedding package starts at $4,500 and includes use of house, barn and grounds for the weekend and includes chairs, tables and table cloths. We also have coordination and all inclusive packages. We have off-season (KISS $1,000-$1,500) and small event (less than 30 guests approx $500) options as well.

Bordering the spectacular New River Gorge, this adventure center hosts stunning views and a prime backdrop for photos and ceremonies. We are a small to medium sized barn venue. The authentic circa 1950 cattle barn and reception pavilion have been renovated into a useable, rustic, yet charming facility for weddings, vow renewals, showers, retirement parties, anniversary parties, etc. We opened in 2017 and have received Cleveland County’s Best of the Best Wedding Venue Award from the Shelby Star each year since that time. We have three ceremony sites to choose from: inside the barn, on the front lawn of the barn (weather permitting), and on the lawn slightly south of the barn (weather permitting). We also have had ceremonies inside the reception pavilion. The panoramic view from the reception pavilion deck is a favorite spot for photos and gatherings. This area overlooks the firepit, as well as the highly photographed views of the gorgeous sunsets.
