Hi, this is Kurt and Stefanie Yaeger, now a happily married couple. Real people with a real review, and we can say we absolutely loved our wedding at The Outpost. The venue was magical, out of the box (which is perfect for us), and exactly what we wanted. Why? The mountain and lake views, the cabins, the privacy, the lighting, all of it amazing, but that isn't the main reason, which is attributed to the owner's personal service: Jolene, Alyssa, & Billy. They really went above and beyond, making sure our day was special, unique, and exactly how we wanted it. They were attentive and communicative leading up to the special day, recommended amazing food vendors, facility vendors, and made our day one that we could enjoy and focus on our guests. The venue itself is amazing! Mountain views in the background of our photos of us saying "I do". The cabins! Five cabins we used to stay in, used on the day, and put up the wedding party in to stay overnight. Each having a personal touch of music, all on vinyl records (so cool). Also, the freedom to make our day special and unique. My wife and I chose where the isle went, the chairs were, the food vendors placed, tables, tents, everything went were our imagination wanted to put them. So, our wedding was bespoke, a one-off wedding that only we got to have, which means you get to use the same facility but it's going to be different than ours, so it will only be yours. We're grateful for the wonderful memories. Our guests were over the moon. We can't wait to go back and spend a weekend where we got married. Where else can you get all that? Kurt & Stefanie.

Rimrock Ranch is a beautiful 36 acre ranch situated just outside Joshua Tree National Park in Pioneertown, California that was originally built as the weekend retreat for western actors like Gene Autry and Roy Rogers. The ranch consists of 4 rustic Cabins, retro-fitted Airstream trailers, a lodge and the internationally famous architectural masterpiece known as the Hatch House. The ranch is located just 2 hours from Los Angeles and 40 minutes from Palm Springs. Rimrock is the perfect getaway for those visiting Joshua Tree, Pioneertown or taking in live music at the world renowned Pappy and Harriet’s. Rimrock is also a serene location for weddings, retreats, film/photography shoots or celebrations of any kind.

Wowowow where to begin? If you’re looking for a venue that provides both a scenic ceremony and/or reception spot, PLUS a weekend retreat this is possibly the best find in the greater Joshua Tree area. We stayed Friday and Saturday night at the venue with our closest friends which was a one-of-a-kind experience by itself, and the rest of our guests were completely blown away by the mountain views and beautiful desert landscape of Joshua trees and blooming spring cactuses scattered around the property. This picturesque oasis must be seen to be believed, and there is no doubt in my mind that our wedding photos are going to turn out immaculate. Onto the staff: Gwen and Reno were rockstars from day one. We knew they were our kind of people from our first phone call and that was reconfirmed every time we spoke to them. Despite the fact that Gwen was dealing with an injury at the time of our wedding, she was more hands on that we could’ve hoped for. It rained (and snowed!!) on the day of our spring wedding (we also got a cool rainbow out of it) and Gwen was there to help us make a game time decision about where our ceremony would be held on the property. We decided about a week before the day that because of the rain we’d need to move our reception to another venue indoors and Gwen was with us every step of the way offering us guidance and making sure it was a seamless transition and still incredibly beautiful. Because of both the venue and the staff, our wedding was the exact vision we hoped it would be, weather curveballs and all.

The extra time helped me to not feel stressed out about the setup timeline for the actual wedding, and it gave us the opportunity to party with our loved ones for more than just the busy wedding day. Each house has its own vibe, but they are all perfect. The area where we had the reception was the exact vibe we wanted, and the amphitheater where the ceremony took place was such a beautiful setting. Our pictures look like they were straight out of an indie movie in the desert because the backdrop was so beautiful. Everything about Nxwhere is magical and I highly recommend having it blow your wedding dreams out of the water.

If someone would have told me to sit down and write out my dream wedding, I couldn’t have even imagined something so amazing. Zion Red Rock Villa is a dream come true. I was blown away with the beauty and detail that has gone in to every single inch of that property. I couldn’t even take it all in. The garden area truly felt like I was in a beautiful garden in Italy but I had the beautiful Zion’s red rock backdrop. The fountains were beautiful and made it feel even more European. The master bedroom was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It was big and beautiful and had incredible views. Lots of full sized mirrors so I could see my entire dress while getting ready. The dining room is where we had our wedding dinner. It was like something I’ve only seen in movies. It was so beautiful and so open and big to accommodate everybody. The game room was amazing for entertaining everybody and for the dance party we had the night of the wedding. Our guests had a blast. The theatre room was absolutely incredible. The pool and the ponds were immaculate. Everybody had so much fun paddle boarding and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked and very beautiful. The manager, Andrea, and Zion Red Rock staff were awesome. They were very professional and so punctual. They were very quick to respond and so helpful if we needed anything throughout our stay. Everything felt so clean and perfect the whole time. All of my guests haven’t stopped saying how that was the most incredible wedding they’ve ever been to and the most amazing trip they’ve ever been on. Everyone is already planning our next stay! I’ve been a Disney-girl my whole life but Zion Red Rock was by far my favorite vacation I’ve ever been on. We also had half our wedding party stay at the Oasis at the same time we rented the Villa. Both properties are amazing and I would highly recommend any of their locations for any vacation, wedding, family reunion or corporate event.

We are a camp and retreat center at the base of the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains just outside Redlands, California. We have many outdoor areas for weddings including inspiration, a short hike up to a mountain vista. We offer meal service or feel free to have your food catered. We also have some indoor availability in our Stone Lodge and also have Campbell Lodge which can sleep and accommodate 30 guests, complete with your own kitchen. Loch Leven was a magical place for us to have our wedding. Going there as a child for camp and having the best memories and then getting to share the place with my loved ones to experience for a day was great. The Campbell lodge was beautiful and the outdoor environment was magical for our wedding night. The peace we felt being there with the stars. The hiking the family was able to do on Friday was also fun they loved the bridge and site seeing

This is one, absolutely, wonderful place. My wife and I had our wedding here...Let me tell ya. It was magical. The owners are exceedingly nice and helpful. Setup day of...there was plenty of time and the onsite staff was beyond helpful, I mean above and beyond. The bartenders were stellar, we had such a blast at the bar. They were so absolutely lovely and jovial. The venue is so gorgeous. I mean it really is the perfect desert oasis. It is well lit and well setup up. It's cozy and warm and just simply wonderful. We elected for the tacos and they were freakin awesome. They also did my favorite with grilled onions and peppers. I loved getting married there. We had a native/western ceremony and it was the perfect fit. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect place. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Our wedding coordinator Stephanie and all of the staff made sure everything was perfect for ourselves and our guests. The fact that the majority of our wedding guests could stay on the property was our favorite part of the venue (besides the incredible views!) we were able to spend two whole days with our guests and since most guests were coming from out of town this made everything so much easier!
